Failed renders refund themselves
If a render fails or times out after 15 minutes, the credits or free use are returned automatically, so you do not need to write in for that.
Writing in
Messages are read by the person who runs the site. This is a small independent project, so replies come when they can; there is no guaranteed turnaround and no phone or chat line.
Details that save a round trip

Do not send passwords or card numbers. Framedash never asks for them.
Questions we cannot answer
Framedash cannot help with accounts at the H3 Max developer or at fal.ai, or with another site's billing. Contact those providers directly for their products.
